Cancellation Policy

  • Please call to cancel classes before the start date. If you withdraw 15 days before the start date of your scheduled class, you will receive a 100% account credit.
  • Cancellations must be confirmed over the phone. Unfortunately we are not able to confirm cancellations via email or website inquiries.


Refund Policy

We are not able to issue refunds related to Big Wave Swim Programming.

Payment Policy

Payment is required at the time of registration.
