WHAT TO EXPECT

Each Aqua Aerobics class combines guided cardio, resistance, balance, and mobility exercises for an effective full body workout. Our instructor demonstrates each movement and offers adaptable options, allowing participants to exercise comfortably at their own pace. No previous Aqua Aerobics experience is required.
